If translated into English, "Carne Buena" means "fresh meat". That's what the motto of the restaurant is – "Serve fine meat to fine people".
Specialized in tender juicy steaks grilled Argentinean style, the restaurant comprises of two floors. On the ground floor there is a Butcher’s Shop (similar shop is located at 2, Mosashvili Str.), where you can buy various fresh pork, chicken, fish, rabbit and Georgian beef meats
There are two halls on the second floor. The first hall serves as a bar providing plenty of outstanding wines from Argentina, Austria, France, Italy and Georgia as well as many other alcoholic beverages.
In front of the visitors, on an Argentinean grill "Parizha" chef cook prepares juicy steaks.
Light interior of the restaurant with classic details seems very inviting under slow, Argentinean tango tunes. Sometimes live music entertains visitors.
Carne Buena is popular with "Texas Steak", "Americano", "Rampi" and "Tiboni" as well as Argentinean sausage "Chorizo".
12:00-16:00 is a business lunch time at Carne Buena. The menu consists of Argentinean and Georgian food, both diverse, delicious and constantly kept updated.
