ABOUT
---

"NO COMMENT" would be the best comment here, but I can't help putting a few strokes... Oh, don't think that they long for communism, but what you find is something everyone remembers with a smile on a face.

The café has two main halls. The first one is a bar, with round wooden tables and chairs, like those in the Ulianov's cabinet. Old Russian stamps and Ruble notes, Lenin's face depicted on a red cloth that covers the wall along with famous slogan "Коллектив комунистического труда" in some way matches the surrounding. I, myself have lived in those "prosperous" times, but to tell the truth I would never expect myself to be so glad by seeing the items of the passed-away history...

Behind the bar there is one more hall with comfortable leather furniture. There are lots of things displayed in the room from the photos of Khrushchov's pair of shoes to the WW2 model bringing back the soviet times to the present day reality.

On Fridays and Saturdays (21:00-24:00) live piano plays.

On Wednesdays (21:00-22:00) violin tunes will awaken your senses... and the rest of the time is filled with the best music of 60'ies...

The menu is diverse, made by an expert cook who has 12 years experience of working in Russia.

I do highly recommend having hot fish dish called "CCCP", cooked mushrooms "Proletariat" and Brezhnev's favorite salmon. At the end of your meal don't forget to drink tea with flavors (sugar lumps, homey, jam...) from "Shevardnadze's glass" (thin glass placed in a metal curved cup).

It's good to chat and have some delicious tea at the same time somewhere to bring the memories back to life...

Open everyday from 12:00 till the last visitor
