Thai-Japanese cuisine "New Asia - Tiebani"

Tiebani Restaurant consists of two halls. In the first one there is a bar, several tables, and a Tiebani (see the description below). Second one has no bar, but retains the same interior and decorations. White lights and light-green painted walls make the surrounding warm and cozy.
One may guess from the title that the restaurant offers exotic, rather than delicious food, all cooked within minutes by Chinese cooks. Only the Sushi is prepared inside the kitchen; all other meals in front of your eyes, on a small cooking table called "Tiebani". Around "Tiebani" there are dark tables each for eight diners, covered with long white plates; eating with knife and fork or wooden sticks (Hasi) is your choice.
I found it entirely intriguing to watch how strange oriental dishes are being cooked. "Bull's tail soup in a western way", "flying fish caviar" and many other unheard meals become so familiar and domestic, as though you've never been surprised by seeing such dishes before. The menu offers lots of already known ingredients and meals as well, such as various meats, fish and rice.
Deserts are something for one should come and try. "Sweet pear in red wine", banana pie, maize pie and many more endlessly attract gourmands to Thai and Japanese world of exotic dishes.
The menu lists variety of drinks (beer, wine, vodka, tea, juices). Even though the restaurant is truly of Asia, Japanese tea and Sake, the Japanese vodka, are not the only drinks to be offered.
