Real estate consulting & brokerage company "Privatservice" is a Limited Liability Company founded on the basis of the Law of Georgia "Regarding the Producers, the principal founder of which is GMC Holding. The company has been functioning since 2001 and is activating on the basis of Law Regarding the Producers, its statute and the Code of Ethic of Realtors Business acknowledged by the Georgian Real Estate Association (GREA).
The main sphere of activity of company is a real estate and the operation and services connected with it: consulting, cadastre and measuring off works, Brokerage-intermediary and juridical service, managing of properly, projecting and design, development and etc.
General Director of company is a member of International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and Real Estate National Association (GREA), Architect Mr. Vazha Tsutskiridze.
Company is completed by managers, lawyers, financers, architects, geodesists and professional realtors having many years work experience in the field of real estate, which are educated at the Universities of Tbilisi and Foreign Countries.
They have passed the Courses for professional preparation and improving the qualification skills of realtors organized by: Terra Institute, Real Estate International foundation (IRPF), Virginia Realtors Association (NVAR), Association Defending the Rights of Land owners (APLR), International Agency of Development of America (USAID), Austrian Hans-Sachs University, Ministry of Justice of Georgia, Georgian Real Estate Association (GREA).
Since 2001 to present, our company rendered the different service for a about 14000 ordered, among which there are physical and juridical persons, Governmental and non-governmental organizations, authority bodies, banks, local and foreign building, developing and investment companies, international organizations and missions, Embassies, Diplomatic and Business Representations.
