During the 19ths "Sololakis Kari" (The Doors of Sololaki) used to be the favorite place for the Tbilisi citizens to dine and wine with delicious food and famous wine. The name "Sololakis Kari" has been maintained unchanged for two centuries. Even the initial face remains unaltered with striking features of Georgian spirit pretty amazing and inviting. Tabla-table laid in marani (wine-cellar) or on the balcony of Georgian "oda" with exquisite Georgian and European food, and 19th century Old Tbilisi will open its wonders in front of your eyes.
You can hardly find any other place to taste veal Satsivi (walnut sauce) prepared under 2-century old receipt. It's worth coming and trying eggplant 'Kindzmari' (wine vinegar, coriander and garlic) in green pepper, let alone the most delicious Georgian Khinkali.
