   Restaurant "Wakanda"
   Address: 8, Bambis Rigi, Tbilisi.
   Tel: 899 91 42 04

"Wakanda" means accumulation of spirits in one of the languages of North American Indian tribes, but it has a meaning of invisible power of life in Japanese. Life and energy is really felt inside.

As soon as you go in and look around, you will discover that interior has been taken much of the care; music is also wonderful and the cuisine, representedin a mix of European, Asian and Georgia dishes, is as delicious and scrumptious as nowhere.

Specialty of the house "Wakanda" - a meat dish, consisting of various kinds of meats, is something one should try. Cooked and served by the chef cook, you will be fully introduced to the ingredients and cooking methods of the appetizing and dainty dish.

"Wakanda" consists of three halls. The first one is a bar which has the walls covered with painted elephants and whitely laid tables. In the next hall to the right there is a smaller hall where seated on leather sofas and soft puffs, you can always enjoy listening to live jazz music.

Front side of the bar leads to the truly Asian world, mildly-lighted through Italian handmade chandeliers and lustres. One old brick wall of this hall is remained untouched, only painted in ivory.

A part of the wall has a cut inside, covered with lighted cloisonné hermitage; on one of the bricks there are stamped digits: "1891". Visiting such an old place, where modern restaurant is built now, should be amusing and pleasant along with tasting delicious dishes and listening to refined music.

Don’t lose the lust for life. Visit "Wakanda" to fill yourself with magic energy.

Open hours: 14:00 – untill the last visitor leaves
